In 2011, Apple utilized Intel's HD3000 video card in the manufacture of their MacBook Air and MacBook Pro's. This practice was quickly superceded by the HD 4000 in late 2011.
The HD 3000 did not have the drivers to support our program (or many other graphics intensive programs).
In 2012, Apple released a new operating system 10.8 where in release 10.8.3, they supplied the graphics drivers which successfully run our program.
As a result, MacBook Air (11 and 13") and MacBook Pro (13") users with equipment made in 2011 need to upgrade their operating system to at least 10.8.3. This can be done via AppStore.
This entirely resolves the problem of distorted graphics.
